General Note
The Pass-a-Grille Historic District (also known as Old Town of Pass-a-Grille) comprises mainly wood frame vernacular residences and one commercial street bounded by 12th Avenue, Gulf Boulevard, 4th Avenue, and Gulf Avenue. The district was later added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places on October 19, 1989 and contained 97 contributing buildings. It was expanded on September 15, 2003 to include an area bounded by Pass-a-Grille Way, 1st Avenue, Gulf Way, Sunset Way, and 32nd Avenue. This new area contains an additional 354 buildings.
